29 USEFUL RESOURCES ACI's new regulatory engagement groups ACI has started new regulatory engagement groups whose purpose is to create an informal policy channel outside of the mainstream consultation process that is centered around providing comment upon regulatory proposals that are in draft form. These meetings will take place for no longer than one hour every month. There will be no set agenda however, the items discussed will be captured and then referred directly to the regulator for their consideration. Additionally, any comments or other issues that the regulator is observing will also be relayed back to members of the committee. The annual Compliance Maturity Benchmarking Survey Results are available online for members to download. The survey results are a tool that helps organisations make an assessment of how their own compliance programs are going by comparing themselves against market performance.
